uk/eu air compressor standards

uk/eu air compressor standards
I am awaiting the arrival of fittings to convert a compressor to NPT thread from BPT thread.
In the meantime, I would like to find out more about the performance expectations
of a particular compressor that was apparently brought here from Ireland.
It is one of these:
Extreme 3T 5 Litri
1.5 HP
5 liter frame tank
10 bar/145psi max pressure
240 liter/8.4 cfm air intake
It is the air intake number that is a mystery as it is apparently "free air delivery" which
is not commonly specified in North America.
Bambi makes a similar spec model, and in fact the compressor head is likely the same:
Bambi VT150 oil free compressor - Qudent - UK Dental Equipment Supplier
derated to 170L and 8 bar.
The plan is to use 10 feet of 3/8" hose, high flow couplers and an auxillary 10 gallon tank to add reserve.
Will this arrangement run a 1/2 drive impact wrench at maximum torque in short bursts.
For example, to remove a abs rotor nut or crankshaft nut?
The rest of the time it is far faster to just use a hand ratchet rather than dragging
out the compressor, hoses and gun, and then waiting for the compressor to charge.
