Hi both,
Thankyou very much for signing up for what will hopefully be a fantastic Jaguar day. I will add you and your cars into the thread today.
As for accommodation - I am still working on negotiating a discount at the local hotels for attendees & will let you know as soon as I know more - so it may be worth holding off booking things up :-)
I am also still working on some additional sponsors that supply what we regularily use or need for our cars - so again please keep an eye on things here
And don't forget you can follow the thread here, friend the events' facebook page www.facebook.com/JaguarForumsUK or follow the events official Twitter feed @JFBrightonMeets #MayJagMeet

Just a brief update for you:
This event will be taking place on 29th May 2016 - most likely to be on the Brighton seafront as usual.
It is a Jaguar only event, and I am working on gaining much more industry support than previously, trying to get close to matching Jims last organised event :-), and ensuring that everyone has a fantastic day to remember.
There will be a convoy on the morning from Pease Pottage Services to the seafront, with us all setting up camp in one huge parking block prior to a fantastic breakfast with a sea view, and the main meet with as much going on as I can pull together for us including a free raffle for a number of must-have goodies, industry reps (see Industry Attendees list below to see who will have reps onsite) for you to quiz with problems, discounts etc etc. Plus the usual Welcome Packs on the day with free samples, info etc etc.
If you would like to sign up for this event please just pop a post on the thread inc how many will likely be coming, and car details, and I will add you in, noting you can join just the main event, or the event and convoy. If you prefer, you are also very welcome to sign up by dropping a line to JaguarForumsUK@solidlinux.co.uk :-)

Ultimo GT have agreed to be onsite to answer all your lubrication queries.
SNG Barratt will be supplying goodie bags and maybe some prizes for the prize draw and possibly some discounts.

I am in negotiations with two other potential sponsors currently, and am additonally working on accomodation discounts, coffee/tea discounts from a coffee specialist for the day... plus I have some other companies interested in our event that I need to recontact in January.
Soooo if you were wondering if it was worth signing up for please, please do - a great day is guaranteed (subject to weather :-)) for everyone, we have great industry involvement, and so much going on, on the day.
So go on, why not sign up? It's free to sign up, free to attend (the only costs - the fixed price breakfast and parking costs will be listed nearer the time for you) and lots of freebies, things going on you just cannot afford to miss...

Hi Tinker & Haddock.. You are both very welcome to sign up for our event!
Daimlers are very welcome on the day.. we would love to see your one!
As for overseas attendees Haddock, anyone is welcome to sign up as long as they are coming from the UK, Eire, or Europe, and don't require letters of invitation to be able to come along on the day.
I am still working on obtaining accomodation discounts here, amongst other things so please watch this space for info as and when it appears.
This event is set to be the largest one we have organised, and there is a lot more yet I am trying to sort for it :-)
