I have just been in contact with Denbies Wine Estate and the Bacchus field is going to be cut just before our event (which is great), and I have updated them with anticipated figures etc.

On the day if you purchase food etc at Denbies, and state that you are with the JaguarForums event you will get 10% discount, which may work better than their original planned vouchers.

I am afraid that I have yet to hear back from Pease Pottage Services regarding discounts, so any coffee there during event registration will be at full price, unless I hear otherwise prior to the day.

We will however be taking over the conservatory area for event registration and Welcome pack distribution prior to setting off for Denbies :-)

I will be in touch with the companies who are setting up trade stands on the day, later this week/early next week to make sure they are still OK for our event, and to go over the details of the day with them.

Other than that I have a house and shed full of stuff to sort before the day :-)

Anyone wanting to sign up for our event, please do so by letting me know your Jaguar model, year of registration and how many people travelling by email to JaguarForumsUK@solidlinux.co.uk, or posting on a forum thread, or posting on our facebook page (facebook.com/JaguarForumsUK), or tweeting us at @JFBrightonMeets.

It's completely free to sign up for :-)

If you don't have a Jaguar you are still very welcome, just travel to Denbies Wine Estate, park in the visitors car park and walk across to the Bacchus field - you can still participate in the prize draws, award presentations, photo shoots and more plus (subject to availability) you can even pick up a free Welcome Pack :-)

Just a quick update - I have just been informed that the very last sponsorship items for our event should be with me on Monday or Tuesday :-) giving me the rest of the week to get the Welcome Packs assembled, and prize groups organised.

I will hopefully be in touch with all our sponsors early next week to keep them in the loop as we approach the day, and to ensure that everyone with a trade stand knows the event timings etc for the day.

Our final countdown to the day has started with just NINE days to go!!

If you have a trade stand at our Jaguar event next weekend please check your email/twitter/facebook accounts as I have just messaged everyone with the details you need for the day - if there is anything I haven't mentioned please just drop me a line..

If you are an event sponsor I will be in touch with you early next week with the likely figures and statistics for the day... :-)

Meanwhile if anyone knows of anyone who might enjoy our Jaguar day but is not signed up yet, please get them to sign up soon as we have a great event for them, and it is in just nine days time :-)

Welcome to the 2017 Annual Convoy & Meet Event

This FREE event will be taking place on Sunday 28th May 2017 - with the main venue being Denbies Wine Estate, near Dorking.

It is a Jaguar EXCLUSIVE event! This year things are set to be even bigger and better than ever before with more cars (we now have a ceiling of 300 vehicles), more sponsors (with some able to perform work on site for you!), more prizes to be won on the day, and our annual award of the prestigeous 'JaguarForums.com Best Turned Out Jaguar' award up for grabs again PLUS the new awards of 'Peoples Choice' and 'Best Interior'!

The initial meeting point will be in the Conservatory area at Pease Pottage Services (9:30am start on the day) with a quick Welcome speech, event registration, and your free Welcome Packs handed out.

There will then be a convoy through winding country roads, with gorgeous scenery, from Pease Pottage to our new venue at Denbies Wine Estate. It will be the first time these roads will have ever seen this number of Jaguars passing through, and will set the tone for our arrival at Denbies, where we will have a grassed, enclosed area set aside exclusively for us for the day.

Denbies will be laying on a breakfast for us upon arrival. The options being: Full English breakfast with Tea or Coffee & Orange juice £8.25, a Bacon or Sausage Buttie £3.50, and a Bacon or Sausage Buttie with Egg £4.75. Please note that there will also be 10% discount vouchers available to attendees to reduce these prices

As you know we like to try to work with our sponsors to keep your Jaguar costs low... and we are pleased to say we have arranged the following discount codes (so far) for event attendees, which will be active from now until our event:

The De Bowers Motor File Company can help with incredible leather bound solutions for your Jaguar documentation and we have an exclusive 5% discount using the codse 'JagShowOffer'.

Additionally, following on from last year, we have the FREE service for attendees - the 'Don't Miss a Thing' texting service If you drop me a line with your name & mobile number before the day we will ensure that you get a text just before any event on the day, such as banner signing, prize draws, winners of judged contests etc.. just drop a line to JaguarForumsUK@solidlinux.co.uk if you would like to guarantee you miss nothing on the day..

Plus, if you want to make a weekend of it, we have teamed up with HolidayInn Express in Crawley and have a fixed discounted rate of £65 a night for attendees, plus guaranteed availability of rooms for us please see their details below, or follow this link HolidayInn Express Crawley. OK guys, It's this week, and we are well and truly counting down :-)

Just a very quick update for you all today regarding our event, and a reminder that if you are not signed up yet, why not? We have a great Jaguar day for you!!

The last prizes for the event have literally just arrived, moments ago.

My family & I have hand packed a total of 5000 items for the Welcome Packs - the biggest packs we have ever packed for the event.

We have 104 Jaguars, 184 people and over 60 years of Jaguars signed up for the day.

We have over 40 main prizes plus three awards, and a seperate prize draw for a Dinitrol Kit too!!

We have six companies on site, product demonstrations, advice, help, and products at show prices for you.

Why not join us? It's completely free to sign up for and attend, with just a small charge for tickets for the main prize draw on the day.. it looks like sunshine, lots of Jaguars, a great day out at the largest wine estate in England, and the perfect excuse to enjoy a Jaguar day run by Jaguar owners for Jaguar owners as only we know how :-)

Post your name, Jaguar model, year of production and how many people on one of our forum threads, facebook page, or tweet us and you will be signed up - it is truly that easy, and just to remind you again - it is free!!

OK.. just 5 days to go until the largest and biggest convoy and meet event we have ever organised :-) The first event was on Brighton seafront in mid December and attracted I think it was six people - now we have over 100 Jaguars, 63 years of Jaguar production, almost 200 attendees, our venue is the largest wine estate in England, we have 20 incredible sponsors, six of whom will be onsite to meet you, Over £1000 of prizes to be won, three awards, the biggest Welcome Packs to-date, and everything that Denbies has to offer - and it is still free to sign up for and attend :-)

None of this would have been possible without the ongoing support of you the attendees, sponsors, and supporters - thankyou to everyone for your support of our great Jaguar event!

If you have a Jaguar and have not signed up yet, please do - you can sign up anytime between now and Saturday - it's free to do so and you are guaranteed a great Jaguar day out.

If you don't have a Jaguar but still want to get involved no need to sign up, just park in the Denbies visitors car park and walk across to the Bacchus field, you will be made very welcome.

Potentially a little more good news - one of our sponsors that is not currently listed to be onsite is looking into attending our event which would take us to 7 trade stands on site with specialists to meet you - I will update you as soon as I know more

3:00pm A second free Prize Draw for a Dinitrol Corrosion Treatment and Protection Pack for your Jaguar.

Prestige Car Care is offering all attendees a 10% discount on their entire product range which includes some superb car cleaning products - to take advantage of this great offer go to Featured Products - Prestige Car Care Shop and use the checkout code 'jags' to get your event attendee discount!

Scratchshield.co.uk can help you keep your car scratch free for our event with a huge 25% discount using the checkout code ' JAGBRI16/17'

Croftgate UK can help with all your detailing product needs for our event with a 10% discount using the checkout code ' JAGF10'

Just remember to quote that you are with the 'JaguarForums.com' event to get guaranteed availability and the fixed discounted rate of £65 a night.

If you would like to sign up for this event please just pop a post on the thread inc how many will likely be coming, and car details, and I will add you in. If you prefer, you are also very welcome to sign up by dropping a line to JaguarForumsUK@solidlinux.co.uk
