This event will be taking place on Sunday 28th May 2017 - with the main venue being Denbies Wine Estate, near Dorking.
It is a Jaguar EXCLUSIVE event! This year things are set to be even bigger and better than ever before with more cars (we now have a ceiling of 400 vehicles), more sponsors (with some able to perform work on site for you!), more prizes to be won on the day, and our annual award of the prestigeous 'JaguarForums.com Best Turned Out Jaguar' award up for grabs again!
The initial meeting point will be Pease Pottage Services with a quick Welcome speech and your free Welcome Packs handed out.
There will then be a convoy through winding country roads, with gorgeous scenery, from Pease Pottage to our new venue at Denbies Wine Estate. It will be the first time these roads will have ever seen this number of Jaguars passing through, and will set the tone for our arrival at Denbies, where we will have a grassed, enclosed area set aside exclusively for us for the day.
Denbies will be laying on a breakfast for us upon arrival. The options being: Full English breakfast with Tea or Coffee & Orange juice £8.25, a Bacon or Sausage Buttie £3.50, and a Bacon or Sausage Buttie with Egg £4.75. I am going to try to summarise where we are currently with our event with three months to go until the day..
We have a fantastic day planned out already, with a few more things I am still working on and trying to progress for us, however this is where we are so far..

There will be products available at event prices, some work can be completed on your Jaguar on site if wanted, bookings taken, demonstrations through the day, plus lots of free specialist advice.

Our event comprises of a convoy or drive through incredible Sussex & Surrey scenery ( I am hoping to have two routes organised for you - one for the more sedate Jaguars, and one for the more sporting Jaguars :-)) followed by our main event.
This is by far the largest event we have run so far, and being our sixth event is a bit of a milestone for us :-) We are anticipating 200 Jaguars on the day, around 300 attendees plus any footfall we can gain for the event

9:30am Starting point of event at Pease Pottage Services for event registration, with Welcome Packs handed out, and Welcome speech.
10:15am Depart for our main venue, Denbies Wine Estate.
11:00am Our Jaguars should be parking up, and everyone heading off for breakfast, noting the costs are listed in the main forum thread.
2:30pm Main Prize draw for a number of great Jaguar orientated prizes, noting there will be a small charge for tickets for this.
3:00pm A second free Prize Draw for a Dinitrol Corrosion Treatment and Protection Pack for your Jaguar.
3:15pm Presentation of the judged award for the 'Best Turned Out Jag - 2017'
3:30pm Group photo shoots and final summary speech prior to the end of our day.

This FREE event will be taking place on Sunday 28th May 2017 - with the main venue being Denbies Wine Estate, near Dorking.
It is a Jaguar EXCLUSIVE event! This year things are set to be even bigger and better than ever before with more cars (we now have a ceiling of 400 vehicles), more sponsors (with some able to perform work on site for you!), more prizes to be won on the day, and our annual award of the prestigeous 'JaguarForums.com Best Turned Out Jaguar' award up for grabs again!
The initial meeting point will be Pease Pottage Services with a quick Welcome speech and your free Welcome Packs handed out.
There will then be a convoy through winding country roads, with gorgeous scenery, from Pease Pottage to our new venue at Denbies Wine Estate. It will be the first time these roads will have ever seen this number of Jaguars passing through, and will set the tone for our arrival at Denbies, where we will have a grassed, enclosed area set aside exclusively for us for the day.
Denbies will be laying on a breakfast for us upon arrival. The options being: Full English breakfast with Tea or Coffee & Orange juice £8.25, a Bacon or Sausage Buttie £3.50, and a Bacon or Sausage Buttie with Egg £4.75. Please note that there will also be 10% discount vouchers available to attendees to reduce these prices :-)

OK Guys, an impromptu update for you regarding our event...
Apologies if things are a little disjointed but am dosed up here trying to clear a bad case of man flu tonight :-) ugh!
I have been keeping an eye on the long range weather forecast and it looks likely to be 17 degrees on the day with a possible shower, so our grassed venue should be OK on the day -but as always I will continue to keep an eye on the weather forecast as we go and keep you in the loop.
As of tonight I am very close to possibly locating one or more rare Jaguars that may be able to make our event - we almost managed it last year - but not quite - I will let you guys know as soon as I know more for this year, but am very hopeful for us.. :-)
We are still looking for any rare/unusual Jaguars that may be able to make our event, and if you have one that may be available to attend on the day please drop me a line.

For those of you thinking about signing up, visiting, or already signed up for our great one day Jaguar Convoy & Meet event here's a very quick summary of what we currently have for you...
We have 66 Jaguars spanning 63 years of Jaguar production, 118 attendees, 5 companies setting up trade stands (new this year), product demonstrations (also new this year), loads of specialist advice, two prize draws for must-have goodies, discounts at the show and via discount codes, a judged 'Best Turned Out Jag' award, the most scenic convoy/drive element we have ever had, a brand new venue in Denbies Wine Estate, plus wine tastings, tours, restaurants onsite, and so much more.
And it's absolutely free to sign up for and attend :-)
The only costs on the day being food & drink (however you will have a 10% discount voucher from Denbies), tours, tastings, any wine you purchase and finally a small charge for tickets for the main prize draw which helps towards the costs of our event.
We are aiming for 200 Jaguars on the day, and are currently following up leads that may mean this year we have one or more of the following at our event - XJ220, C-Type, D-Type Jaguars for you to see and meet.
