OK guys, as this is my home forum you guys have one weeks advance on everyone else, with this years free Christmas competition :-)

The prizes have yet to be finalised, so I cannot say much, but as you know our event likes to make sure that your Jaguar need not miss out on the Christmas fun, and this year is no different :-)

Our competition will be officially launched everywhere else on the 1st of November, but you can enter from here in advance of the crowds, guaranteeing your chance at a great prize.

There will be multiple prizes to ensure you have a good chance of winning - and provided you are a member of JaguarForums.com, and live in the UK you can enter prior to the official launch date on the 1st November.

All you need to do is drop an email to JaguarForumsUK@solidlinux.co.uk with the header 'Christmas Competition' with your name, address and any other contact details in the body of the message and you will be entered.

On the 9th of December names will be pulled out of a hat by yours truly, and the winners notified the same day.

Please note that your details will not be passed onto anyone except in the case of winners, where the address details will purely be used to get your prize to you :-)

Prizes will be with the winners in time for Christmas guaranteeing the winners the best Christmas I can organise for them :-)

Please note you MUST have either attended one of our events, or be signed up to our next event in order to enter, and live in the UK.

I now have the prize list for our competition and it is the biggest prize list we have ever managed for your Christmas - it is incredible considering our annual event and our Christmas competion are completely free to everyone :-)

Thankyou for that Graham, I appreciate the thought - entries are coming in, and I am looking forward to us being able to change five Jaguar owners great Christmas's to great Jaguar Christmas's :-)

I know you will be making the draw on SUNDAY 9th December. Is there a definite CLOSURE TIME for valid entries?

The reason I ask is because every time we have run a forum Prize Draw, some members leave it to the absolute last minute to enter...... or later and miss the opportunity.

Hi Graham,

I did think about that and there was too much chance of an entry 1 minute past a fixed time during the day so I concluded that any email entries time and date stamped before midnight will be in the draw :-) Any entries after midnight would be clearly time/date stamped 10th Dec and excluded, making it easier to check which entries are valid at this end.

The number of entries this year is up on last year, but because of the increased number of prizes we have this year, everyone is currently still in with very good odds of winning a prize which is great.

Names will be drawn from the hat overnight on the 9/10 December with winners notified on Monday. All the prizes should be with the winner in time for Christmas too :-)

Just to remind everyone we have been really lucky this year with both Scratchshield & Robornes Pro supporting our Christmas competition, supplying the following prizes: 2 x Leather Cleaning Kits, 2 x 2 Bucket Wash Systems, & a Unique Personalised Engraving of your model of Jaguar with your own number plate on it.. a massive thankyou to them both.
