I can currently make any of those dates, however it now counts on whether the car is working, which it currently isn't, waiting on estimates now as to what's fully wrong with it and how much it's going to cost to fix it

Oddly enough you haven't asked to be taken for a spin in my 2.5 litre V6 beast ... ok ok its just a baby jag.. :-p
On a more serious note she is still throwing occasional errors but with no loss of power so I'd appreciate it if someone brought a code reader along so maybe I can figure out what it is..
Meanwhile if anyone else has preferences on dates please let me know before we try concreting the date and pushing advertising etc

(using mobile app :-( so apologies for typo's etc)

Steve,

I'll bring my code reader, that's not a problem.

Thanks
Mike.

I am really looking forward to this meet - if everyone can make it we'll have Jaguars covering everything from 2.5 litres through to the 5 litre beasts, and from 1984 through to 2010 which is one hell of a range of vehicles :-)

Just some figures about the up and coming meet (assuming everyone with an interest comes along):

The convoy would represent S-Type, X-Type, XJ, XJ-S, and XK Jaguars

and at the meet we would have (if my adding up is right and I classify sub groups all under main groups..):
3 S-Types, 1 X-Type, 8 XK's, 6 XJ's, 1 XJ-S and 1 XF to look around.

Anyone who is interested in coming along, and has yet to put their name down please do - you are very welcome even if you aren't in a position to bring your Jag with you - but saying that the more exotic or unusual Jaguars are especially welcome :-) Even if like me your Jaguar is not a fully loaded exotic special please come along.. the smaller and more basic Jaguars are just as welcome..

You missed/misclassified RGP's XJ-S - a very different car from the 4-door XJs

Very true Ngarara - my apologies as yes it is a very different beast (apologies for this misnomer to you too RGP :-)).. I have adjusted the figures above..either way, if everyone came along, or more members come along I think it's going to be a very good showing on the day
