Angry vibration

Bad vibration from a brand new XFS at all speeds. Dealer tells me it needs a new drive shaft. It also needs a new dash as the one installed is warped.
Very disappointed... to say the least!

Hi David,

Really sorry to hear about your bad experience of buying a new Jaguar.

It's an experience that should never happen, but hopefully your dealer can get everything sorted and give you back that feeling that you should have with a Jaguar - a great driving experience.

Please keep us in touch with how things go, and very happy to have you onboard with us here.

If the problems are as serious as they sound then Jaguar should replace your vehicle immediately and sell your car as 2nd hand after they have fixed it. Assuming it was not you who broke it ;-)
