Default Any reputable Jaguar "Tuner" in NC?

I understand that the factory programmed a top speed of 121 MPH into my 2011 Jaguar 5.0L normally aspirated XJL, even though it is supposedly capable of 178 MPH and the new Continental tires on it are rated to 185 MPH. Are there any reputable "tuners" in my area (Mooresville, NC) that could enable my car to reach its potential on a track, closed course or Autobahn if I so choose? Thanks in advance! (Back in 1957 I drove a Mercedes Benz 300SL Gullwing coupe capable of 160 MPH, so some 57 years latter would like to be able to at least exceed 121 MPH.)

John,

The guys at GMP Performance in Charlotte might be able to help you out. I've heard good things about their work. Ran into the owner over the weekend at the Charlotte Cars and Coffee event and I'm thinking about letting them tune my XFR later this month. Here's a link to the website:

Good luck!
