Hi guys

I just joined the forum yesterday. I just bought a 97 xk8 coupe with 92K.

These cars look great, but service seems to be a voo doo sience still.

I can't believe what I am reading about starting problems. I went to start mine up after getting it home, and it runs for a few seconds and quits.
I would like to get together monthly, as soon as I get it running. ;-(

I don’t know if your still in the area. I’m an XK8 owner in Fort Lauderdale. I take my Jag to Mitch Levine who owns Jag Repairs in Pompano Beach. He’s spent his entire career working exclusively on Jags. I’ve been taking my XK8 to him for 5 years now. I wish I’d known about him when I had my VDP and my XJ6.

I would strongly advise you not to get your car painted at Mitch's

He practically ruined my car 3 years ago .., I woulda matter of fact now add a bunch of strong swear words

Also made a bad Job on my wife's X308
