Just letting anyone who is in the Raleigh area. They have a Cars and Coffee meet also. The next one is May 7th and its held at Brier Creek Commons by the Caribou Coffee. I went to this last month and there was a huge turn out. May's is suppose to be huge too as they are having a section for cars that want to be judged to raise money for Duke Hospital. You can still park and hang out and not be part of the judging. Hopefully if I post it up here some people would want to go and I wont be the only Jaguar there. If anyone wants to go post up and maybe we can do a meet up and cruise in and check out the cars then do a lunch. Anyone interested???

Hope to see you there. I talked to a guy that works at the Jaguar dealership that is talking about bring a black series XKR out there that I was checking out today. Very nice. Stop by and say hi I'll be the chubby guy standing next to the Jag in my sig with a black baseball cap on. Hope to see you out there.

Sure thing the next one I'm going to is July. The June one is the same weekend as the Meet in Pittsburg. I'll be going in July though. I actually ended up meeting up with 99snake who lives in Goldsboro and we had a nice little cruise out to it. Checked out the cars for a few hours then grabbed some lunch on the way back in Garner and parted ways. Fun afternoon. You should definitly head out next time I'll make sure I PM you for the next one I go to. I'll link my pics once they are done uploading.
Here are some pics from last weekend.

Greetings,
New to the forum here (and new happy owner of a 2001 XJ8). Yes indeed, there's a Raleigh "car-and-coffee" in Brier Creek every first Saturday of the month. I have been going for the past 2+ years now. Usually a good turn out. One of the organizers behind this gathering is a former colleague and a friend of mine, who is the guy that started the Triangle Italian Motoring Enthusiasts. Thanks to him we get a few nice European cars to show up ;-) I am a big Italian (Alfa Romeo primarily) and British (Jag primarily of course) car fan and sad to say that not enough show up at these meetings!! So what about we make an impression Saturday June 2nd ?? I will be there with the XJ8

There was a nice turnout last weekend. Nice running into you Kemp and thanks again for the hat. Love that white STR. Really wish I could of found a white one. I'll more then likely be out there next month. If some Jag people come out I'll try and bring the car. I usually go back and forth on driving the STR or riding the bike.
