I wish Atlanta was closer to me... Its hard (and very expensive) for me to go to Atlanta for a day. I'll try to go for it next time

Cool, sounds good. We'll probably do another one in a few months, depending on how well this goes. Less than a month away!

Please count me in.
I just joined JF and hlgeorge pointed me to this thread. Thanks, HLG!
Sadly, I will likely arrive in a Ford. Here is part of my story
But, I can park far away and walk, so as not to offend anyone.
: )

Hey there FBW....good to have you with us here at Jaguarforums.
Sounds great that you'd like to attend the meet, and I think I speak for everyone when I say that the need to park far away and walk is unnecessary. We are Car enthusiasts first and foremost and Jaguar is our brand, but I'd like to think that no one is small minded enough to be offened by another great Marque such as a Ford being parked nearby

Anyhow, you never know, you might be an owner in the next few weeks, who knows

hey, the chess tournament is only 2 miles from your dealership and the time is a direct overlap. I should be able to sneak out and do both - what luck!

Nice one Scott
As you say you can't visually / vocally support your son anyway, so basically you're dropping him off n picking him up.
If you can get there I'm sure the guys will be pleased to see you

Thanks, you're right, Jim. You never know.
Since that is the plan, I would be very excited to if it were to come true.

Absolutely this is still a go! Looks like some rain might roll in on Saturday, but that won't hold us back.

Yep, 10 AM is the start time. I figured this would be a good time so that we can still enjoy a cool morning hanging out, but the meet won't take up your whole day. Kinda like a smaller scale Cars and Coffee event that they hold around the country.

Just a few quick notes for those planning on attending.

If you're not familiar with our location, please click here for detailed directions from Google Maps.

We're going to be gathering on the south side of the parking lot, where the now-defunct Nalley Jeep/Nalley Outlet Center dealership used to be. It directly faces Alpharetta Highway. You'll see a row of brand new 2010 XF's in this lot - I'll have a pop-up tent with donuts, bottled water, and coffee set up directly behind this area. Bring a camping chair if you want. Feel free to line all those Jags up for a great photo-op as well.

Looking forward to meeting everyone!
