My New (to me) 2001 XKR in Minneapolis - Anyone else?
Good Morning!
About a month ago I purchased a 2001 Jaguar XKR. Beautiful car, better than anything I've ever owned. Anyone else around here with an XK8/XKR? I wouldn't mind meeting some people around here! I'm not too mechanical savvy, but my goal is to eventually be able to work on smaller fixes to this car myself, so any advice would be welcome :P
Anyway, here's some pics! If you're from around here, you probably saw me driving in 50 degree weather with the top down. I'm sure everybody was rolling their eyes at me, but I don't care, I had the time of my life.

Just wanted to say 'thank you' for posting and for sharing your pictures and enthusiasm. I hope the car has been as fun to drive as it looks! There are certainly a lot more Minnesotans on the forum… You'll run into them from time to time. Looks like you've already made good use of the forum, hopefully getting good tips on how to keep your car in tip top shape. Happy driving!
