It sounds like there should be a good turnout. I say that we make this a regular thing (like once a month) during the summer months if there is interest.

I'd like to attend a Jag outing but never know what the family has planned. I wouldn't expect my wife to attend.

Downers Grove, like a few other suburbs, have car night every Friday in the summer. Maybe we could check out the schedules and see when Jaguar/English imports nights are.
Downers Grove car night starts May 20th, featuring 50's & 60's cars.
Aug 26th is European import night.

May 22nd works for me. My car is running great and I even drove it to work today (a 90 mile RT commute). So far, I've put over 600 miles on it this spring.

 

Sadly, I cannot commit one way or the other until close to last minute. Being a farm family, if the weather is good the planter will be rolling and I'll need to be close by for my role as Go-fer.

I like the idea of frequent get-togethers!

 

I have an 04 XJR and would love to join. I am available on May 22 and have a family vacation over the holiday from the 26-4th. I might be able to attend on the 5th. I probably will be solo and any location. I live in Romeoville.
