ive dealt with madison jaguar on several occasions, both my father and I have both leased Jaguars from them. I always dealt with Hal, great guy, highly recommended. after a while he would call me to test drive something new, he wouldnt even bother coming with me.....he'd just hand over the keys

I cant really comment on the service dept. but their sales team is great. very helpful and like to get straight to the point

 

I have Dealt with Al at Madison jaguar in the Service Department no complaints I have only had my XJ8 a month and only 1 trip there. The mechanic I spoke to was great too but I unfortunately dont recall his name.

 

I bought a 09 XF SC from Jorge Ramirez. easy going, went back and forth and settled on a price we could both live with. Would recommend him and the dealership again.
