You will find me in New Hampshire. If you are in the area check out Historic Motor Sports for Cars & Coffee Events. That's where you will find me each month.
Cool, I can't make it this month (16th) because i'll be racing the XJR that day but i'll try to make it a date in August, most likely with the MG though See you soon!
The first show that I did with my Jaguar was 'The Show of Dreams' in Hudson, NH. It's an annual event put on by British Cars of New Hampshire (BCNH) Great show and all the money goes to charity. Their next show is July 23rd and I will be there again!
Back into the "pride" after being away for a number of years. Just turned in my BMW 750iL (E38) for a 2003 XJ8. While the BMW is an incredible car, the Jaguar has a real soul that connects with me. Praying that it doesn't bankrupt me like the repairs on the BMW did, I've done some scary reading on the X308 forums and am planning a pretty extensive PM routine before the winter comes. Will do as much as my budget and wife allow. (I do most of my own work, so that saves a few $$$'s and helps connect me with the car).
Looking forward to connecting with other NE members.
Another Bergen County, NJ resident. Just picked up a 2008 XJ with 60k with all the options I wanted. Right color (black), right interior (biscuit), right wheels (Polaris). Cooled seats were a plus. Drove it to Point Pleasant last weekend and then to Cape May this weekend. Put on about 500 highway miles and have to say, this car reminds me of a 1991 BMW 750 I had many years ago. Almost as smooth as a V12 and the long wheelbase makes highway cruising a breeze. My kids remember growing up in the back seat of the 750 and not being able to kick the back of the front seats. Now they are in their 20's but thoroughly enjoy the back seat room (the older one still turns on his brother's seat heater to annoy him).
Just moved to Bergen County NJ, from England after marrying m'lady. Having sold everything back in the uk I've now picked up a '90 xjs v12 coupe with 83k on the clock. The car is a rolling restoration and no doubt will keep me busy over the winter.
Hi there 08XKR. I live in Hazleton, PA but I travel all over for work. This week I'm in Paramus NJ, next week in Mahwah, then Vermont for the next few months. I'll put somemiles on myX and get to test out theAWD!

big jaguar weekend at the Meadowlands - XE roll out heading up there in 1 hour ChrisK
Anybody else go to the Jaguar event in the Meadowlands? I had a blast. I went the last day and they allowed you to choose between test driving the XE or the F-PACE. Pretty neat.
i went on saturday afternoon. neat event...i wish the auto cross was a little longer than just 2 laps. never the less it was nice. BMW does something similar every year at the stadium

You only did two laps? The guy I got paired with let me go for three The 35t R-Sport was awesome, but I would've liked to try the RWD instead of AWD.
Add me to the NE roll call. I recently purchased my first Jaguar - 2001 XKR Silverstone Edition Convertible. I'm located just north of Pittsburgh (Marshall Twp./Cranberry Area). This Forum is a great source of information. Thank you to all who contribute.
Jaguar Owner in the Syracuse NY area. Had a 1988 XJ40 and a 1996 Vanden Plas. Both in British Racing Green (XJ40 went to the graveyard sadly). Now I own the 96 Vanden Plas and a 2001 XK8 in Roman Bronze I just picked up last Summer. Great cars. I'll never own anything else. Are there ever any Jaguar get-togthers near me? If so where do I get a schedule of events?
