I'm in Vineland, NJ, probably farther south in New Jersey than anybody here because, well, there just isn't much south of Vineland. I'm right in the middle of the bottom part of New Jersey that nobody comes to unless you live here. You know where the Jersey Turnpike ends? Well, I'm south of that, and east.
There aren't many Jaguars around here so I think I can comfortably say that I have the prettiest car in South Jersey. I'm not bragging, just calling it like I see it.
I would surely be interested in any events as far north as Trenton or Route 195. Give me a reason to take a drive on a nice day.
Sorry Chknhwk,i saw saw your question.
Yes there is a great salvage yard in Brockton where you pull your own parts called Everetts
there are always a few x types there along w s as well. have gotten so many different mostly interior pieces there, great prices
Just chiming in here from Connecticut. As of this past fall we suddenly became a two Jag family. We have an '04 X Type that we have owned for a number of years that the Mrs. drives and currently sits at 47K miles, and this past fall I found a higher mileage but one owner '08 XJ8 that was priced too nicely to ignore. I don't want to jinx it but I have driven it all winter and currently at 116K it runs pretty darn nice. Just did the ballasts and low beams this past weekend and it wasn't that bad of a job so it was a nice bright ride in to work this morning!
Owner of a BRG 2006 S-Type - bought 2 years ago from a guy in San Diego. I am originally from West Yorkshire but living in Western NY so car doesn't see much daylight between November and May. 63,000 miles and runs like a dream.
What's up guys. I'm from Westbrook, Maine. New to this forum picked up my 00 (x308)XJR couple months ago. I took it in trade at my work and picked it up for almost nothing($556) which is a steal. I've been looking for coill overs/springs/airride but there is such limited options. My buddy owns a shop in mass (WheelLab) I was told he can do a custom airlift setup,3p management for 3k maybe less. Just looking around at what options are out there. If anyone has any links for aftermarket goodies I'd be grateful. Smaller supercharger pulleys, headers really anything.
new hampshire here, just returned from LA where I looked, drove & brought an 85 XJ6 sovereign and drove it back to new hampshire. discovered a water leak at the water pump and that some of the switches are not operating properly. this is a one owner with 63K and has had very little time on the road over the past 10 years. the 88 year old owner had a stroke about five years ago. She decided to part with the jag and I was first in line. a calf. car without visable rust and very clean in & out.
Hello boss
How are you doing, please are you still located in NH area?
Hello. New to the Jaguar thing. Bought a beauty of a 1999 XJR Supercharged and drove it a week and blew the head gasket. It is at the Dr's now waiting for a new engine. Kinda bummed, as you might imagine. Moving to FL September 1st and hoping it will be done by then. Selling the engine that needs a new head gasket if anyone knows anyone looking - 93000 miles. Peace. D 1999 XJR Supercharged v8
I am in Sicklerville South jersey and have had my car 2+ years and saw NO other Jaggers out there except OLD People lol. The X350 must be rare I barely see a stock XJ once a month if that. If anyone sees me shoot me the thumbs up and I drive ALL over too trolling for street races, I see no one in Jags lol. BTW Mine is for sale too.

Hey easy now, I am slowly becoming one of those OLD guys. My XJR is rare in my part of CT too but I bought it because I'm older and wanted a smooth ride but still want to motor along.
