Default Jaguar Repair in WA

Hi all,

All good with my baby, but I was wondering where you go to have your Jag serviced, repaired, upgraded?

For my BMW I found a great place of specialists, that won't charge an arm and a leg like the factory shops do. Any such tips for the WA area? I'm in Bellevue, but would drive for the right shop.

Cheers,

Marko

I live in Woodinville and just recently purchased my first Jaguar. I was thinking of taking my car Eastside European in Kirkland and was wondering if anyone has had any experience with them?

Is Park Place Motors still there?

A few years ago they added a service shop with, as I recall, a couple guys havng quite a lot of Jag background. I have no idea if they're still there or have a good reputation.

Just thought I'd throw it out as a possibility.

Cheers

Yeah, those are pretty much the only ones that show up for Jag experts that are non factory. I'm thinking about upgrading my brake pads to ceramic, I will call them for a quote. Maybe compare to Jag and see.

Let me know if you make any experiences in the mean time!

Looks like a good tip, I found their website:
Park Place LTD Jaguar repair service Seattle Bellevue Washington

They have a guy there for Jags, "Jag John":
  • 23 Year Jaguar Master Tech
  • Member Jaguar Drivers & Restorers Club of Northwest America (JDRC/NWA)
  • Member Jaguar Club of North America (JCNA)
  • Current Model Range Repair and Maintenance
  • Vintage Jaguar Service and Restoration
  • Expert in I6, V8, and V12 Jaguars
Sounds like he knows what he's doing, looks like a spendy shop though. I'll find out more.

Thanks for this!

Sorry I don't know more, but I've heard about a place in West Seattle. It's suppose to be under the West Seattle bridge just as it enters West Seattle or close to that. Good luck. If anyone knows of this place I'd love to get the contact details.

A friend of mine supplied me with the name and address of the shop in W. Seattle that works on Jaguars:

British Auto Center Ltd.
2938 SW Avalon Way
Seattle, WA 98126-2366
Phone: 206 935 0872

I hear they really know their way around Jaguars. Would love to hear if anyone has had a good or bad experience with them.

Also seems like this could be a very useful resource:
(Wish they had a website)

Jaguar Land Rover Parts Used Specialized British Recycling

11252 Sunco Dr.
Rancho Cordova, CA 95742

Default Jag shop

We have a nice little out of the way shop in Mt Vernon. Gateway Car Care 1522 Riverside. You can call me for an appointment. We're reasonable and honest about our work. And we are high end transmission experts, so wiring and electrical gets proper attention. 206 734-2707
