What a fun trip! Great people and very cool cars. Thanks again, Vince and Jay, for coordinating everything. And thanks for posting the pics. They turned out great.
Thanks for the invite ya'll. Had fun and I actually thought the parade thing was a nice break! Ended up spending Sunday on one of my favorite roads (https://www.dropbox.com/s/z1bx9oo3u9...54.36.png?dl=0) and then detailing/washing off 500+ miles of bugs, rubber, dirt, 1 squirrel (RIP), and whatever else I picked up along the way.
She's now hiding in the garage waiting for the next adventure. If anybody ever makes it down to the St Helens/Mt Adams/Gifford area feel free to send me a message, that is my stomping grounds!

It was awesome meeting you, and glad you enjoyed drive! Sorry 'bout the squirrel, but you know, a cats gotta eat... Sometimes they let the predator part of their heritage show, more often while prowling back roads at a fun clip!.... (I know mines eaten a bird or two!)
I had forgotten WA-142, as I have only driven it 1 time, from the Columbia into Goldendale. I'll make note to do it again when I head down there! Thanks!
Muddy and I talked about trying for one more drive this year, and I tossed St. Helens out as a possibility. (also North Cascades, Ocean Shores, Hurricane Ridge...) Alas, our season is winding down for mountain roads, not sure we could get any big group together for much this far into fall (but if you found yourself bored some sunny weekend, I'd certainly drive south and join ya for a run to Johnson Ridge.)...

Wow! Awesome Rahtok! I have thought about trying it, but after our last try (what 4 years ago?) I was certain it was 4x4 country by now! Thanks!
