I'm here...
MrWhite - Olympic Peninsula, Washington State
I think that it would be fun to have a get together or go on a drive.
On a similar note, does anyone know of and car shows in the area that are open to entry for "driver" cars and not just "show" cars? I'm in the process of giving my car a very thorough detailing and thought it might be fun to go along and enter.

For "driver" cars? of course: the largest Jaguar show in North America, in Victoria, BC, July 22-24. If you have not been to this show yet, plan for this year: Jaguars on the Island (JOTI),
EVERY Jaguar, regardless of age or condition (from the 1930's to 2016, concours condition or daily driver, EVERY Jaguar is welcome on the field. Always 150 or more beautiful Jaguars from as far away as California and Alberta.
Details will be at jaguarcarclub.ca or you can send me a message for further information. There is no annual Jaguar show in the US Northwest or the Canadian Southwest that compares to JOTI.

Wow... That looks amazing. I live just 19 miles south of Victoria (literally, right access the water) and it is one of my favorite places to go. I'm going to have to have a really good look at that website, thanks.
We were planning to be out of the country on vacation the second half of July, but now I going to have to see if we can move our vacation.

Mr White!
Greetings!
Your near the same turf as Muddydog and I on the Kitsap Peninsula. so spring/summer drives for you will be fairly often if you like. Missed you on one a few weeks back where Muddy and I hit Pt Townsend for lunch, and wound up at a brewery with live music to finish off the day!
Keep your eyes here as the winter passes, and I'm sure we will have a chance to get our cats together for a drive or two!
Vince

In April the title was officially transferred to me on my 1961 Jaguar Mk2. It needs lots of work but it is marginally driveable. I'm gonna make her beautiful over the next couple years

Or...how about this? My 1966 Mk 2 in Pale Primrose, the original colour.
Now, if you love your Jaguar, listen to it. It is telling you that it wants to be on the field of Jaguars on the Island in Victoria, July 23. Why? because this is the largest Jaguar show in North America, every year. Details and registration at www.jaguarcarclub.ca ...and this year the exchange rate is very favourable for the US dollar - worth 30% more. In other words, a holiday in Victoria will be a bargain for you and your Jag.
The featured models this year: modern small saloons: the X-Type and the S-Type but EVERY Jaguar, regardless of age or condition is welcome on the field.

I'm so bummed that I'm going to miss the Jaguars on the Island show. I really want to go see all the cars and also to put my XJR in the show. I love going to Victoria. It's only 19 miles from my house, but a world away. It really is a wonderful city. Unfortunately, we booked our summer holiday to Dominican Republic the same week. I will have to make sure that we don't make that same mistake next year.
I hope some members here post loads of photos of the event.

I just sent out a PM notice to the PNW list. If you DID NOT get a PM from me about the upcoming Rainier Drive with CleverName, please let me know and I will add you to the list. I haven't had a chance to go through all the posts here to make sure everyone is on it, and new people may not be added yet.
Also, if you DIDN'T get the message, go to this post to find out more:
