Cool, Kevin! I'll bring my Yugo next time! Lol!

And just for the record, I haven't abandoned Jag by any means. Still love those cars! I just wanted to consolidate my two cars into one, and there were a few other things that started to bug me a bit. If I could afford it, I'd have both! :-)

I will try to make it Saturday, though I might only be able to join part of the drive.

Kudos to Kevin for taking the initiative!

So are you going to pronounce it "Porsh" or "Porsh-uh"?

Here's our current status:

1. Swimref (as long as I'm not the only one)
2. CleverName (probable, at least part of the route)
3. Marko (yes, at least part of the route, in German iron)
4. Rahtok (maybe)
5.

Muddydog, avt007, eieio, sprdav33, growler05 & Platinum XJR cannot attend.

We may delay our departure a bit in case Vince gets a late boat (although if he takes the bridge he would reach Lynnwood quicker than he did Monroe). We'll play it by ear. My car is still filthy dirty, especially the wheels. I'll try to take care of it today but y'all may have to put up with a dirty cat on the trail. If anyone needs detailed directions to Jaguar of Seattle please message me.

So looks like I'm still in!
Been one heck of a nasty week, and it has done nothing but get rougher on me as the days passed. I put my mom in the hospital yesterday and she had surgery on her foot (trying hard to avoid amputation (the joys of diabetes)). Surgery went well, but only time will tell...
Going for a drive to have fun is a little selfish, but I need the getaway and relaxation the highway offers.
Looks like Kevin pick the good weather day for the drive, so lets do it!

Sorry to hear about your mom, hope things will go smooth. I will be there in the morning, but have an appointment at 12:30 in Seattle, so I will break loose at some point. I too look forward to relax a bit, driving, with like minded people.

Cheers!

Kudos to Swimref for giving us another great drive about the Puget Sound, complete with dry weather, good company, and interesting history lessons of local beheadings!

Marko showed off his awesome new toy, and although I am happy for him and his return to his German roots, I find myself saddened to know our Jag forum has lost an XKR owner. Needless to say, Marko has been instrumental in helping keep our event numbers growing, so I hope you all join me in keeping an open invite to him on all our drives!

Thanks again for a great day Swimref, I look forward to our next gathering!

Vince

Great drive, even though I had to leave a little early. I lived Rosario beach! Thanks also for welcoming my new toy, despite it not being British. :-)
