For anyone that is interested, there is an effort in the works to reinstate the Music City Jaguar Club. (It has somewhat 'disbanded', for lack of a better term, over the last year or two.)

Some of us previous members received an email stating that there will be a meeting on Saturday, Feb. 1 at Famous Dave's in Cool Springs. The email also requested that anyone interested in meeting or joining contact Chuck Gavron at chkjagwire@comcast.net

Hello everyone; I'm fairly new to the forum as well as the XJ8-L. 2007 model here in Memphis; I'm in Nashville quite a bit, as I'm in the business of music

I have a DVD/Sirius Radio installed in it, and its got the original GPS in it that runs off a CD. If anyone knows of a good GPS that will fit inside the same space that's more modern, please let me know.

I really want to get the interior redone as the leather seats are showing signs of age in the front. It could use a re-do but the body and paint are excellent.

I am also on the lookout for an XJ with a Chevy engine retrofit. Once in a while they pop up on Craigslist, but always when I don't have the cash. They usually go for around $3500 or so. I've trade a sweet Les Paul signed by Les Paul for the right one.
How are you able to use a later model radio in your 2000 jag? Not finding any solutions to add a aftermarket deck. Car toys and Sound advice dealers here in Washington have no solutions...

Where did you buy your XF? I've got a 2011 XJL and am looking at another vehicle at the dealership in Brentwood. Since I live in Mississippi, I've tried to talk with them on the phone about price, but they don't seem to be budging. Just wondering if you bought yours there and if they deal better in person. Thanks.

I'm in Chattanooga, too. Somehow (fortunately) I got invited to the N GA meetup last weekend. We had 10 cars there, none the same model or color or year. Great fun meeting fellow Jag owners.

My husband put a backup camera in my car last year and it's great. It displays in the Nav screen and is tied to the R gear. Very spiffy! He wants to do Bluetooth, but in a convertible I think the noise level is too high. Might need to think about that some more, although when I'm driving I don't think about much else
