Default Wet ECM

Went to the car wash yesterday getting ready for the 4th of July wash my car and when I went to vacuum it, it cut off when I checked it water had accumulated into the box where the filter goes down by the ECM it got soaked and now the car won't crank. did I fry the ECM? Help!!!
