British Auto has a Jag Certified Master Tech. And when I spoke with him he said the dealer also has one in Scottsdale. Looks like people are stepping their Jag game up

Jaguar Stuff Coming Up!
Just so you know, there is a car show every month on the "first Saturday" in Scottsdale. Its on Scottsdale Road and Doubletree (east side of Scottsdale Road
in the shopping center) early in the morning. You can have fun looking, and then have the whole day ahead of you! October 1st will feature Jaguar. (Each month they have a featured marque). This will be the best car show that you have never been to, I guarantee it! Lots of amazing cars, and not limited to anything in particular. But.... You MUST get there early, particularly if you want to park your car in the show areas. Starting time is called 8am. If you arent there before 7am, you wont be parking easily. Runs til about noon. Not convenient, but well worth it! One other thing... The compamy I work for sponsors a Jaguar XKE event each year. This years "E Vent" will be October 15th at Scottsdale Resort off Scottsdale Road. (In Remingtons parking lot) 480-968-5000 for more details on that! Expect 30-50 XKE's, dependent on conflicting events. Meet and greet, door prizes, refreshments, etc.

Thanks TTD!
I've been thru the conv top hyd leak, luckily had rags in the car to stop fluids from going down into tranny. It was the fitting inside the the top bar of the windshield around the Rearview mirror area up top. yes - lots of stories - I am surprised though that as many stops & starts as I have to make as a REALTOR - that so far no starter issues (158,000 miles).

Why not stop by Dave's Import Service and have a chat about your valve issue. Not far from downtown at 540 W. Missouri. A reputable Jag expert, from what I've heard.

Phoenix, AZ AREA USA - Certified Jaguar Mechanic
Eurotech is now located at 1109 E. Curry in Tempe (ZIP 85281) - Jerry is the owner and guy to speak with. He was the Manager of Mini North Scottsdale circa late aughts-2011 and he’s a certified Jaguar Technician. He’s honest and reasonable in pricing. His new location is part of LaCueur Auto, though. I believe they bought him and he’s now a service guy for them. LaCueur is an auto sales yard specializing in Euro Imports and Jerry certifies the cars they take in for sale. I mention this because for this reason Jerry usually can’t see your car for a couple weeks out. Kinda tough if your Cat is the family daily driver. Worth an inquiry, though. ALSO, I’ve ONLY heard the same good things about Dave at Dave’s imports on Missouri Ave. in Phoenix.

Greetings from East Valley Mesa/Apache Junction.
I just joined the forums and was advised to seek out this group. We, who trade sun damage for rain, salt, snow and cold damage, lol. As I complete more and more pieces of my running-resto I would love the opportunity to introduce myself and show off another well engineered and styled Jaguar.
My roomates are BMW fans and have those impromptu chats with other drivers who wear their affinity on their sleeve/windscreen. It is a bright point of a day when I see another Jag in a parking lot and I am able to park nearby.

I am originally from California, Camarillo and Sacramento areas, and at both those places I would see Jags a plenty,What is Phoenix in a Drought, cant support the Jag wildlife?
I miss the view (of jags that is)
