I was going to be coming tomorrow, but hit a curb today and will need to replace both right side wheels. What timing. First Jag meet in SoCal that i heard about and will be missing out. Hope the rest of you guys going can take some great pics to share. Sounds like its going to be a good turnout. I was going to post pics of the damage to the wheels, but i think this thread can only have good pics of our cars. Id love to see some good group pics like others have mentioned.

Sorry to hear that. What luck. I hope you can get them repaired. I'm sure I'm not the only one bringing a camera. I'm just giving mine a quick wash 'n go. Not enough notice for a full polish 'n wax this time.

It was a pleasure meeting those that showed up this morning for the gathering of Jaguars at the Cars and Coffee venue in Irvine. The weather was a bit chill, but thank god no rain as the sun was trying to poke thru the clouds.....

Here are a few pics that were taken......it seems like the dominant color is definately silver.....

A very special thanks to Meguiar's, Diamond Pro, ONR, Towel Pro's, System 1 who were all kind enough to donate goodies for the bags that I gave out. If any of you have questions regarding the products that you recieved, please do not hesitate to call me and ask away.....

I am a distributor for several of the products that you recieved should you be interested. Try out that "Blue Mist" it is awesome for your mist and wipe applications.

We most definalety need to have an event of a larger scale with a larger presence of Jaguars....maybe when spring comes along.

Nice photos!

Thanks again David and everyone for arranging this gathering. It was nice to meet such a friendly crew of Jaguar owners. And special thanks for the bag completely stocked full of goodies. I used to detail cars before I went back to college, so I actually enjoy a little quiet time just bringing out the shine in my cars. Believe me, after a 4-hour teleconference with GM engineers, polishing your Jag can be a very Zen experience.

I've seen this Blue Mist spray before and have been wanting to try it. Thanks again.

Now, how many posts before I have permission to add my pics?

Jason.....

You are so very welcome, In have tried so many of these types of products over my 24 years of detailing......they nailed this one on the head. If you need more, let me know as I am a distributor.

Definately a large silver turnout, and man are those STR's are sweet!, a very nice looking sedan with a kick!

Cool Just a few more shots

I shrunk them down a bit. Is it me, or do the silver cars really stand out with that steel gray sky?

Err, on second thought, next time I'll post the larger shots for clarity.

Steve, I love that **** GUAR plate!!!! Fantastic!!!

Dave - the pics were great, many many thanks for posting, much appreciated. I was kinda hoping for a Jaguar member pic maybe in front of "The pack"....
Sounds like your goodie bag was awesome Dave and greatly appreciated....Nice one Dave

Silver deffo seems to be the colour of choice as you say, the 3 S types together looked great. Who was there with the Rolls?

Once again, many many thanks for posting guys and hopefully more pics of this meet will come out too

Yes it happened as you can see from the pics above.
If you're interested in another meet, why not start a new thread, maybe pm all those that replied to the existing one and see what kind of response you get?
