These things usually need to be organised around 4 weeks + in advance to give everyone a chance to prepare, so it might be doable!

 

When is the next Jaguar meet in the Los Angeles or Orange County area??

The Jaguar Club of Los Angeles has a public meet on Sunday November 20th, 2011. The location is at the Starbucks in the Golden Cove in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA. I believe the hours are from 8am to 10am. You can find out more info at this link: Jaguar Owners Club

This event is not a JOC-LA sposored event. It's on our WebCalendar as a Jaguar-related event of possible interest to our members, but I don't know if we will have members there. You can see the events that JOC-LA sponsors by Selecting "JOC-LA Event" in Categories above the calendar.

One such event is coming up this weekend, Sunday November 13. Check out the details. I'm sure non-members will be welcome. RSVP required for lunch after the museum tours.

Thank you for the information JagMan653. I wasn't sure how those events worked, but I was always interested in attending one just to see how it was like. So the event in Rancho Palos Verdes is just something that some members will get together and do? It's not always a for sure thing?

So I belong to a Euro car club that meets the first and third Thursday of each month. Tonight we will be meeting at the target in Cerritos, CA. Then we get some drinks and food at a place in the same parking lot. I'm thinking that we should meet here first and we can talk about doing our own thing for Jags or possibly just integrate with Euro Owned. We have some real nice cars in the group. Everything from Saab's, a few jags, BMW, Benz, Austin Martin, and Audi R8.

Hi Catniped. How many Jags are in the Euro Car Club currently? I saw the videos of the group on youtube so I'm very interested. What times do you guys usually meet from? I may have another conflict on Thursday the 19th, but I really wanna go check this out. Thanks!

 

Mine and one other. That is the reason for this post. We are meeting tonight same place in cerritos at the target off S. Street. Come out tonight around 9:30-10pm

 

It looks like I do have a conflict tonight and wont be able to make it there. I guess I'll have to wait again for the next one. Hopefully I can find rims for my XJ8 before the meet, but I'm having a hard time finding proper ones that fit my car.

 

I will be taking my XJ8 VDP to the Queens English British car show in Woodley Park on 4/14/13. In the SF Valley, near the 405/101. Always a good number of Jaguars there. Anyone else interested?

 

i'm in. that park is 5 minutes from my house. last time i went was for france italy meet. you can pm me with further plans.

 

I'll be there as well, no more than 5 minutes from my house. Always a good turnout. Those of us attending should get in touch prior to the event so that we can coordinate location in the park.
