After calling 2 other dealers in search of Silver Sparkle mag wheel touch up paint (this is the official stuff used on XJ 04 and up mag wheels) I had been led to believe no such product existed. One last call to Nalley and their man knew exactly what I was looking for, had a source and had it on order in 3 minutes.
For some time I have been trying to find a match for my mag wheel color to fix some minor curb rash, installed by a previous owner of course. Hope this nails it. Kudos to Nalley.

1997 xj6 steering column moves up and down the car was made in England. The left front fender, wheel and spindle were all replaced. The steering was examined and found no outward issues. The column is electronic with tilt and telescoping features. any ideas on a fix?

Not exactly a great chat up line Psychcat.

"Do you put out, I need a fix"!

I would suggest that you read a few more threads and get a feel for the forum, if possible, and then post into the section for your car.

What a very pleasant transaction, the complete opposite of the dealer here.

I ordered my EPB from there, and within an hour i had a tracking number an a follow up email.

i have found the place to get my part from for now on.

Thanks again for the compliments to our vendors guys, in this case Dan at Nalley who really does an awesome job.

Too often we see dealer / vendor bashing so these positives are always welcome

Not to sound like a broken record - but, Dan is the Man! There is a significant difference between the polished tread-plates on the early and late S-Types -- Dan was kind enough to double-check before shipping my order. The price is right, the shipping is free (if the order is big enough), and the items are even marked "Jaguar Forums Customer" on the inventory tags. My only regret is not discovering them ages ago - I have thrown away hundreds! They will get all my future business.

Just received the Rear Seat Connectivity System kit for my 2007 S-Type. Many, many thanks goes to Dan and team at the Nalley Jaguar parts department for helping me out. Excellent customer service and quick shipping.

The Champagne with Mocha trim headrests look great.

Nalley can expect many more accessory parts orders from me in the future.

Regards,
Michael

I recently dealt with Steve Pritchard at Nalley. I got a great price on a replacement key blade and free shipping to boot. I will go to them first next time when I need any other parts.

Thanks!
John

Nalley is the place! I get my parts there (they are priced at but usually below MSRP), service on my 2001 XJR (with Pete in service up front and Keith the premier technician in back) , and purchased my new XJ SuperSport Speed there that arrives end of May from Brit Ron Clarke. Dealing with Nalley is like dealing with friends that care about your repeat business.

Just got an e-mail that Nalley Jaguar has been bought out by Hennessey Land Rover and consolidating at the LR location in Roswell. Hope that does not mean that we are losing one of our most supportive vendors....

Hey Mike, thanks for the heads-up. It might help explain why we have not seen much of them since Dan moved over to Volvo.

I know that he did some good business by being here.

Hope they stick around.
