I'm heading for Toronto that day otherwise we might have had a jaunt over.

It sounds like it is shaping up to be a good day, don't forget the cameras guys!!

A really nice selection of cars so far also....... Lots of XKs. A few XJ X350s, multiple XJSes, a couple of X-types, a couple of S-types and a Series III XJ6.

But of course, I'd like to confirm more cars......... so keep sending me the PMs with your details

Sounds great SARC - I've also had another member, staggerwing17 contact me through pm who says he may have 3 , perhaps 4 Jags that may attend.
If you'd like to pm him?

My personal suggestion to you on this though, is to create / build a listing here in this thread and update as required.
By editing / adding the names / numbers etc people can see at a glance how many / who are attending.

This also has the effect of bumping the thread and keeping it live and at the top of the results.

Food for thought?

Default One more Jag, 3 more people

Hello! This drive sounds like fun! We are good friends with another responder (dsetter) who will be bringing 2 of his 3 Jags from Gilroy. Alas we only have one (05 XJ8 LWB) but we will be there! I am almost deaf so I will not be much a conversationalist but will enjoy the outing.

Should be there for start and lunch! To be clear, between dsetter and I we will have 3 Jags and 6-8 people.

Thank you for the invite and arranging the trip!!

Would like to join but don't know my schedule for that weekend yet. Long drive for my xj-s but my xkr should do fine.

Any more details about the run or will you be emailing us?

Just finished a drive to Yellowstone and I can say it was great and looking forward to a drive with more Jags.

Looks like my wife and I will be heading up from Monterey separately in Our XJR and XJ8L so that will add 2 more xj's group on Sunday. We will both probably shoot up together to Sausalito Saturday night in one of the xj's for dinner and ride back up in the morning. This looks like it may be more fun than the Concours in Pebble beach and less expensive.
We should be the long distance award winners, we are both still Florida residents and one jag shipped from tampa 2 months ago the other one driven out here last october. has any one travled more than 2800 miles for one of these event?

As it stands no one here knows how many are attending etc, os its defintely the way to go for clarity for ALL

Here is how we stand so far.....

It looks like it's going to be a great day !

If you gave me a range of attendees, I have put the max number in the table to make sure we get seats at lunch

If I have got your numbers wrong, please PM me

I called Two Bird Cafe yesterday and made the reservation.

They seemed excited to have us :-)

Some restaurant logistics.......

1) They are ok with dogs, but only out on the Patio. We have had 2 members asking about bringing their dogs. so I think that would work out... They are planning to give us one of their dining rooms, so you may be on your own table but at least your pets will be happy :-)

2) Because it's a big party, they won't split the check, so bring cash (I'll bring a calculator)

I guess we won't be the only ones sitting outside at the patio. We will have our golden retriever and our 2 yorkies with us on the ride.

I'll be bringing my Border Collie to lunch as well. He's a veteran so is well-behaved, etc. (also he's a service dog and is allowed indoors, but I won't do that - too hard on the other dogs). Jerry

Scott - not sure if I will make the whole drive, but I will definitely poodle over to the Walgreens parking lot to say hello in my '01 S-Type 4.0 (anthracite) - unless I hear an outcry to see the TR6 - .... it's just 5' from my place
