Just picked up a set for my 03 STR. Went with these after a lot of research into my next set of tires. One big plus is the tires weigh 4lbs less each than my previous Kumho ASX (I picked up a winter car so I can get away with a summer tire). They look wider than the Kumhos and have a nice looking tread pattern (if you like the typical Continental tread). As I just put these on over the weekend, I will continue to update this thread with my thoughts/findings.

After more than 500, they seem to have gotten more quiet and sticker (as sticky as they can be in 30 degree weather). Once it warms up I will give another report on how they hook up on the streets. I will admit there seems to be no difference between wet and dry traction with these tires. Even with standing water on the road they seem to shrug it off like the road was dry.

i have had the cont dw for 2 years. a good tire. no problems and quieter and better grip than my pervious rubber. when i bought the car it had nittos that where loud and wore poorly. it is often the case with tires is you get what you pay for. the conts cost me 245 each locally.
