Very good tire and cheap..... And known for how quiet it is.

The Hankook Ventus V12. About $160

Also the Falken 452 is touted as a cheap low noise tire. About $140

Are you looking for an all-season tire or summer? a consumer reports test put the Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 as the top choice for summer but the run over $250. I'm considering the Sumitomo HTR ZIII to replace the Pzeros I currently have.

I had p-zeros on my 19" rims when I got the car, then purchased the Falken's mentioned above, now have the Hancook Ventus Evo V12s, which I really like. They're still quiet after 10k miles now. Good rebates still going on them too, I think buy 3 get the 4th free via mail in rebate...now thats good! P-zeros are just too noisy after they're about 50% gone, and way too pricey.
