Suspension check - bushings?

Hi Folks
I just bought a 2003 XJ Sport with 68K miles. It handles great in traffic and on the interstate, but sometimes when I'm, say, turning into a gas station or some place where you go over a small ramp / curb I hear a clunk coming from the front right side.
I've always been mechanically inclined but after 10+ years of BMWs... they dumb you down, so any help you can offer in terms of what to look for will be much appreciated.
Could this be the bushings? If so, what should I look for?
Cheers

Yup, 99.9% sure bushings on the sway bar. ...you have the same setup as me, so same rules apply.
