Default XJ8 Lowering Springs

Which springs should i go with? The paramount's or mina's? They both lower it 1.2"

Even though no one replied, I thought I would let you guys know. I went with the mina gallery's, and I'm very happy with them. If anyone is thinking about getting these, let me know and I'll try to provide some insight.

Well what year do you have? And are you planning on installing them yourself? Because for my XJ8, the springs were under WAY too much pressure for me to be able to do them.
And as far as pictures go, I can't figure out how to put them up on the forum or anything. I think it's because I'm a junior member or something. But if you want I can email you a couple of pics of the before and after.

you'll figure out the acronyms soon Staz If you get pics up, this thread will be a very useful source for others who want to do the same thing. Xj8 owners don't often do this, so you're among a very few.

Lowered 1.2" with mina gallery springs. The fronts still to break in a little which explains the slight reverse rake

There is a lot less gap.
Looks nice.
I've got my set ordered for my xjr.
Have you had any tire scrub since putting them on?
How's the ride changed?

No tire rub, and the ride is definitely a lot smoother and tighter. No more "boaty" feeling around turns. When I did the springs, I also changed the bushings (forum suggested it somewhere). So that also might have helped. But I am very happy with the results. Money well spent. The only thing is that I wish the fronts were 0.5" lower. I cheated in this picture by parking on the downhill. I wish she was stanced like this all the time.

I dropped my XJ8 myself it wasnt to bad not exactly the rigth way to do it but i was extremly satisfied i got that lowered look i was after. After cutting and smoothing out the bottom of the springs I dropped my car about 1.5 inches

I thought about this but the front of my car just barely clears curbs right now. Is this a problem now when parking?
