Travl Stacks, I want you to do 2 things for me. The first is really easy. Simply park the car on a level surface and look at the rear tires. Do they appear to be leaning in at the top? Unfortunately, a lot of tire shops will "align" your car and if the parameter has no adjustment, they won't tell you that it is out and tell you that all is good. If the tires are leaning in at the top, then you need to replace the upper control arm for the rear. Going with the "Thermo Mod" arm can solve a lot of your problems.
The second thing I want you to try is to take the car for a drive and find a long sweeping curve that you are supposed to take at about 26 mph (on/off ramp for a cloverleaf is what I am picturing). In the middle of the curve, get on the gas like you were going to pass a car there. You want a good acceleration, but do not go to the point that you loose control of the car. As you start the acceleration, pay attention to the back of the car. Does it feel like it is going to step out on you and come around? Trust me, it won't, but it will be pretty obvious. If you feel this, then your lower/forward control arm for the rear suspension needs replaced.
Some people would say to simply replace all 4 of these arms and call it good. That is up to you. The car has some years on it and these are known wear items with the car. If you are in there anyways.........

Most alignment mechanics are idiots, I align wheels myself. It took me awhile to figure out how to do that.
Sometimes it is not adjustable, so you need to outsmart manufacturer.
Post pictures of your rear tires, we'll see if it is toe or camber problem.
Suspension has to be checked before alignment.
toe is adjustable, it shouldn't be a problem.
there are 3 control arms on each side, they all have bushing.
