Recently replaced my condenser , ac is blowing cold but the low pressure line is not cold or sweating

Recently replaced my condenser and ac is blowing cold but I noticed the low pressure line is not getting cold or sweating should I be concerned?

If the AC is functioning properly I wouldn't be concerned.
