06 X-Type won't start
The car has been sitting for about a year. When I try to started again it did not start. I put new gasoline, new fuel pump, fuel filter, check the injectors ( they spray good), reset the fuel buttom, bleed the fuel so no air in the line, put new battery, new coils, spark plugs and check for spark it does has spark, fuses seem to be ok. The engine will turn but it won't start. What else do I need to so the car starts? Any one has any Ideas?

Well I must say this is an interesting problem. I have a few questions and maybe we can help.
How much new fuel did you put in?
You said you replaced the fuel pump. Which one did you replace? The X-Type has 2.
The injectors are spraying. Was that a bench test?
You said you have spark? How did you test?
You said it has sat for a Year. Was it running when it was parked?
In the mean time. Take off the air filter top housing and give it a short spray of starting fluid and try to start it. Does it start and die? Or is it still no Start?
If the engine will rotate and you no you have spark then it is a fuel issue. If it wasn't running before parking it, then we will have to look at other possibilities.

The main fuel pump was change on the passenger side. As the pump was out the old fuel was pump out and put half tank of new fuel. The injectors were tested in the bench and also in line and can see they spray alternative . The fuel pressure marks 50 I don't know if that is enough. The car does not start not even when spray it throug the air intake.

A motor needs this to start:
Fule
Spark
Compression
Timing
Any codes?
I would do a compression test at least on the front bank.
On an old type motor, you can do a static timing test by bring #1 cylinder up to TDC and checking the marks on the motor. I would think you could do this with this motor.
I would look at the crank sensor as this is what is controlling the timing with the computer.

+1 compression test
If you're sure the sparks continue as you crank then it rules out CKP (a critical item).
A big air leak might prevent starting as the air/fuel mix would be terrible.
If all seems OK then when you take the plugs out after trying to start they should be wet with fuel.
That's a good time (but maybe late!) to test compression...

Ignore P1000, just saying complete driving cycle after fault not complete.
P1699 in research says this will interfere with starting = https://www.justanswer.com/jaguar/78...99-direct.html
