Hi Rusty,
Thermo mentioned giving a squirt of wd40 into the locks and maybe inserting paper towel or something absorbing into the gaps below on the door to take out some of the residue.
A hard push on the door can sometimes help so that you hear it click into place as if the door had been not quite seated properly.
