Default 2003 xtype 3.0 misfire on cold start{ below 50 degrees)es

Changed plugs, looked for vacuum leaks, changed fuel filter. When warm like a a sensor opens and runs great
Any idea which sensors to replace first?

I would get a decent code reader plugged in and see what values you have on live data, the first one I would be checking is what engine temp the ECU is seeing as this has a direct effect on fuel delivery depending on engine temp.
