So I downloaded the autozone app because of my rewards card I got yesterday since in there all the time getting parts to fix people's cars I figured why not I'll get a free 20$ in a couple weeks. While browsing through the app i notice they have manuals for basically all cars. While browsing through the 2004 xtype 3.0 manual I came across the supercharger as you can see in the picture.. but I didn't see a supercharger in under the hood. Keep in mind the only supercharger I ever saw before was on a Thunderbird Supercoupe so im not too familiar with them. Most I've ever done with one was on that thunderbird was when it went bad on my buddy's car we ripped the whole engine out and put in a high output V8 a 302 (his car was a backwoods drag racing car with plenty of other stuff in it as well) so basically what I want to know is there a supercharger in the 2004 x type 3.0

Generally Jags with superchargers have an R in the model ie XJR.

I have a supercharged Buick Riviera, it is a V6 but thinks it is a V8.

 

No, none of X-Type in any MY have super charge, the super charge you saw in the list is just a general part list, not for X-Type.
