I have a issue with my hightlights not turning off. I sometimes have to keep turning the light knob on and off for a few minutes before they with turn off. Some days I have no issues and they turn off right away. When I turn the light switch to the off position all other lights turn off issues is with the headlights only, thanks.

PNC, we are going to try a few things here. First, this will need to be done when the lights will not turn off. So, once you meet this condition, follow these few steps.
First, open up the hood and remove relay R11 from the fuse box. Do the lights go out at this point. If no, then you have a wiring problem under the hood. If yes, then continue.
Using a multimeter and looking at the diagram on the fuse, do a resistance check between pins 3 and 5 of the relay. Do you get 0 ohms or infinite ohms. If you get 0 ohms, then the relay is bad, you need a new relay. If you get infinite ohms, you either have a wiring problem in the dash of the car (further troubleshooting will be required) or you managed to cause the relay to change state as you pulled it out. Replace the relay to confirm that the headlights are still coming on with the new relay. If so, this confirms a wiring problem under the dash. If not, then you fixed the problem.
If you need more info, let me know. I will do what I can.
