Remember the idea is to COPY your existing remote to the JAG, so the jag is a new copy of your garage remote control.
press and hold button one and 3... until fast flashing
then let go,
press the button on the jag that you want to program and hold it...
repeatedly press the opener that you are copying. until the flashing light changes, then let go (may take many presses, over and over -press and and release the remote for a few seconds over and over - never release the jag button till the flashing changes) and then you are done... unless you have a "rolling code" opener.
If that is the case, you need to tell the actual garage door opener that the JAG is a new remote. so after copying the remote to the jag as above, then you need to follow your opener's instructions to add a new remote.(the jag)
