RE: 300hp finally??
Listen pal...........if you're willing to cut us all in for a few bucks, here's the plan.
I'm sure we could get at least a dozen or so off here to call up the same company, maybe over a 2 or three week period........
Hey you never know, they might fall for it.....lol
Some by email, some by telephone...........maybe even, I was speaking to so and so about it and they referred me to you....lol

Lol,
I tell ya so many questions so little time....
The oxygen sensor should work fine since the guy took his time and installed the proper sensor location on the headers...so no worries there...
Yes, I will have them coated prior to installation so that should be good...
As for the Y pipe...the exhaust shop will be responsible for the installation....I have two ideas...
1. A true dual exhaust. cats will be mounted and a pair of 2.5 inch tubes will run all the way back to the mufflers (borlas). This will sound much better and will yield the best performance numbers...
or
2. Headers go into one 3 inch collector with one cat, run it in the same location as the stock exhaust, split it in the rear, just like factory, and out to the dual mufflers.
I'm not too sure about that one since the factory set-up calls for two cats, if I only run one, it may not pass NJ emission inspection...
So i may have no chose but to go with the first option.
As for the exhaust, I was thinking complete stainless system. This way i'll never have to worry about it again!
