Default ABS and Brake Warnings

I have a '04 X-type 2.5 and both ABS and Brake warnings are on.
Brake fluid is full and pads seemed to be find except that the rear pads will need to be replace in about 10k miles.
Has anyone experienced this issue?
Any idea would be greatly appreciated!!!

Sean, I would venture to guess that you have either a bad sensor in the brake fluid reservoir (making the car think the reservoir is actually empty) or you have a speed sensor that is dead and is making the car think that one wheel is locked up. Both of these conditions should be causing a code to be tossed and by reading the codes, it should help you narrow down where the source of your problem lies. The car is seeing something, the question is what.
