Just wanted to know if the aftermarket units will fit in my 02 x type. The deminsions are 7"w X 7" L X 4" h. I know it will fit width and height but not sure if it will fit 7" inside dash. Please help. Anyone ever use one? How are they? This is an idea beside the OEM units look like they are costing quiet a bit.

I know there are more, but search and you shall find. I think kenwood has a similar system to jensens.

 

Thanks for the info. Anyone ever get the steering wheel volume to work with these types of unit? What about putting a Jaguar logo on the display when it comes on, try to simulate the OEM system!
I'm also looking for a wiring kit so I don't have to destroy my stock wiring. Does anyone know where I can get one?

 

There are harnesses available to allow steering wheel controls. Not sure where.

 

I am having a hard time finding a wiring harness in the states and the steering wheel module. Anyone out there know where I can get one...please?
