pitt, what I do is I get my hands on a pair of needle nose pliers and a flat blade screw driver. What you are going to do is to use the pliers to push the two raised humps together. While holding the two humps together, you want to slide the small flatblade screw driver in under the one hump and give the screw driver a little twist to raise this one side. Ease up on the needle nose pliers and the clamp should come undone.
Some times you can simply release it by squeezing the pliers together and then giving the pliers a little "twist" in the direction of the clamp. This will cause the one side to lift slightly, allow the clip to release.
