Align Front Brake Rotors?

Align Front Brake Rotors?
My question concern alignment of brake rotors when they're being replaced. The follow procedures was plagiarize from another post about rotors in this forum. Please see (4.note). This is also in the front brake replacement procedure on the jtis cd. The ? is, do you somehow align the front rotors when they're replaced. If so how????
REMOVAL
1.Remove the brake pads
2.Remove and discard the brake caliper anchor plate retaining bolts.
3.Detach the brake caliper, brake caliper anchor plate assembly and secure to one side.
4.NOTE If the brake disc is being refitted, the tip of a wheel hub stud must be marked with a corresponding part of the brake disc for correct re-alignment.
5.Remove the brake disc.
INSTALLATION
Install new brake caliper anchor plate retaining bolts. To install, reverse the removal procedure.Tighten to 133 Nm

RE: Align Front Brake Rotots?
Couple of things..Unless you get JAG pads, (they come with new Caliper bolts)..the old ones are fine to reuse..just use some thread lock on the threads....The Rotor alignment is mentioned that way in case you are reusing the original Rotors after you've had them off for resurfacing or whatever...something about beingtrued from the factory with the hub..at least that is what I was told..if you are using new Rotors..just put them on and do a run out check...but most quality rotors are spot on and don't need any jogging to find the best position..

RE: Align Front Brake Rotots?
I was up at my uncle's shop (mr. muffler) and every time they get rotors they actually use a machine and turn the rotors as there are actual tiny tiny warping in the rotors presumably from sitting on the shelve...I actually watched them put a new rotor for a cts on it and the brand new gm rotors were ever so slightly warped...

brake caliper lower retaining bolt (whenever replacing the pads)
and
brake caliper anchor plate retaining bolts (whenever replacing the rotors).
Are both types of bolts included in the Jag-branded pad kit?

i wouldnt worry about the bolts, they arent torque to yield and if you cant visibly see any stretching in the threads( for example a good bolts threads would look like [||||||| whereas a stretched bolt could look like [||| | | | | or like [|| || || || ) just reuse the bolts with loctite. same applies for flywheel or torque convertor bolts, a lot of factory service manuals say to use new bolts simply because the loctite on the old bolts is no longer good but if you apply new loctite its the same thing as buying new bolts with loctite already on them. also if youre using a good brand rotor they shouldnt need to be turned if theyre new, and if theyre sitting on the shelf long enough to be warped theyre probable rusted and ugly looking. in 8 years as a tech ive only had a problem once with a rotor due to a bad batch of rotors and ive never turned a new rotor before installation
