ANOTHER spark plug question
I searched but I'm not quite sure I've got the right information. I'm getting ready to do my spark plugs and I'm under the impression that I need to remove the upper intake manifold to get to the rear bank of plugs and I need 6 upper intake manifold gaskets to do so. However when I look on Jagbits.com I came up with the following part number: C2S14519
They are $13 apiece. So we have to spend $80 just on those to be able to replace our plugs?? Just want to make sure I've got the right parts before ordering.
Thanks!

chknhwk, do you have to replace the gaskets, NO. is it a good idea. yes. When I did mine, I did not replace the gaskets as they appeared to be in good shape.
The big question is, if you get the intake off and you find that the gaskets are bad, how quick can you get the pieces? If it will take your car out of service for a few days, it will be good money spent to make sure you get your car back and running that same day. if you have a second vehicle, then you have more flexibility.
