I can't seem to find the part number for the hoses connected to that metal pipe in the middle (in front of the intake and behind the front valve cover).

As you can see, they are bulging and need replacement. If someone knows what they are called, it would be super helpful. Thanks in advance!

After a bit more digging than I'd done before, I found the answer. I need C2S16876 and C2S5378, apparently. As far as I can tell, C2S16876 comes with the tube and the hose, though, and I really only need the hose.

More hunting...

Lub: Several websites sell reinforced silicone hose by the foot, including a few on eBay. Measure the OD of the metal pipe and look for a reinforced silicone hose with matching ID. Here's one website:

Silicone Straight Hose | High Temperature Silicone Tubing | Silicone Hoses - Flex Technologies

Lub, pull off the hoses and go to your local auto parts store. They will take you in back and let you look through the hoses. All you are after is finding a hose that is close to the shape that you need and is the correct diameter. I normally end up finding a hose with a few more bends in it and simply cutting those off. Those hoses are just pre-bent heater hoses. Nothing special about them.
