Default Attach A Pillar Trim to Outside...

Greetings. I have a loose trim piece on my X-Type. It is on the right side (passenger side) of the windshield/A Pillar. I was told that it just needed a "clip." It is the thin black plastic piece. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks. WayneCountyBill in Wooster OH

Can you post a picture of what piece you are referring to?

my 2003 did this same thing. I never took the piece out to see what clips are there, but i was able to wiggle that piece back in and never had an issue. Dumb question, but have you called the dealer and asked for the clip yet? If you would like i can call my Jaguar guy and see if he has one. I can just mail it to you since we are just down the street from each other. Let me know?

Mine did same thing...
I finally pulled it out a little bit to see what it look like and realised it pushes in. Just pull the top out a little and bend the metal part on car just a Tad but not to much and tap plastic piece back in.
