The Baguar just got some stretch and poke, but still looks strangely OEM+

Coventry Whitley XKR rear fitment. 18x9.5 ET25 natively, but I had the backpads machined 3mm to make them ET28 and the rear has 5mm spacing to make the rear ET23. Tires are 215/35/18 Kumhos with a mild stretch.
To summarize.
18x9.5 ET28 front, ET23 rear
215/35/18 tires
That is about as low as the air ride goes, too. I still have about a credit card thickness tire clearance in the back in those photos. (I use my Safeway card for this kind of stuff and have debadged about a dozen cars with it also )
To summarize.

Looks a $#%#$@ of a lot better than my 18s. I need to figure a way to clip 1" off my front sprinf, I need to push the back wheels out wider, I need, I need, I need. Crap I just realized I need your car!

Haha.. We're talking about stretching tires. It's a way of fitting wider wheels onto the car than you would with normal tire fitment.
Most people say that a 255 or 265 series is 'proper' sizing for a 9.5 inch wide rim, by stretching 215s onto the same width wheel it gives more fender clearance so we can go lower and fit the wider wheels without rubbing.

Dude, that looks sick. Love it. I just ordered the same wheels 19x8.5 in Silver. Everyone has chrome, I wanted something different. I wanted to do 19x8.5 front, 19x9.5 rear....but the man told me it wouldn't fit in the rear without me doing some fender modifications. I can't afford that . But I'm sure when I get my wheels put on I'll love them and the look just the same. Thanks again for your advice/help Exexpat!!!
