A big thank you to the forum and to their members! Especially Thermo who I bombarded with private messages since getting on here! Thank you Sir!
Finished up with the head gasket replacement and the tune up and hooked up the battery (positive first) and then after hooking up the negative just turned the key and let her sit for a few minutes to let the ECU remember where it was and then went for the big turn for the engine!
She started right up and very smooth compared to what I remember when my wife would start her and back out of the drive way.
Took her for a slow spin of about 3/4 miles and then gave her some gas and great response and on each and every start at lights and stops very smooth on the take away!
I am very pleased right now and hope this continues for quite a while. I did a lot of cleaning of parts that were in bad shape with build up replaced those that I couldn't clean!
Again thanks to all!!
