Body Kit from Jaguar XP :: Update
I ordered the body kit pieces from Jaguar XP and it was nothing like I imagined, they were knock offs of the Jaguar originals that were made of fiberglass. That was stated on their site, but the pictures are from Jaguar and thus making it look as if you're getting Jaguar originals.
I returned everything and sadly had to fork out the shipping charges myself for shipping the items back and was penalized a restocking fee.
I should have known better since I had gotten all OEM parts for my previous Saab. I've put off purchasing the parts until I can save up for the originals from Jaguar through the dealer, probably later this summer or fall.

I think that they are outsourcing to a European company who is manufacturing "replica" parts at discount. Though, I can't say for sure this is the case in regards to the body kit.
If this happened to me I would demand that they show me that the parts were OEM by Jaguar or that they had the authority from Jaguar to be selling replica parts based upon Jag's designs. If they were unable to present me with such documentation I would have my lawyer contact their business and threaten legal action. I'd then give them the option to take the easy way out which would be to shut me up by refunding the entire transaction and giving me one hell of an apology.
I'd also demand that they list on their website that they are not OEM parts and that they remove any photographs depicting parts that are authentic to Jaguar.

And just think, I was so close to putting in my order with XP for their Mina X body kit myself! I talked to several body shops and explained to them that XP said there would be no issues with the kit fitting andeach onereplied saying they all say that b/c they want to sell a kit and it's never the case! Spielnicht, I'm really sorry about your experience and I really do appreciate you posting about this ordeal. I would definitely follow ArdenX's advice to get a full refund.

RE: I Hate Jaguar XP
I wanted to give an update on my experience with Jaguar XP.
Not long after my disappointment with what I received and the fees I was charged, I was contacted by Jaguar XP offering to assist in any way to remedy the situation. Honestly, the gesture itself made my day. They offered me a few options, all of which I was happy with. I took a few weeks to decide, and when I contacted them, they took care of it immediately. At the end, I'm very, very, satisfied with my experience.
Next time if you have an issue with your purchase (hopefully you won't), contact them first as they're very willing to address your concerns.

I agree, I ordered the mesh upper + lower grills and it took forever to arrive. Finally when it did, they sent me the S-type grill! I spent some time dialing numbers and eventuallyI talked to a guy named Paul. He was very helpful and offered to pay for the return shipping. I asked them to re-send the correct one asap and theyre-shipped before they recieved the S-type grill back from me.
